Chrysalis won a Bronze in Best Advance in Creating a Talent Strategy at Brandon Hall Group’s HCM Excellence Awards 2018.

We enabled our client’s talent strategy, which was focused on developing employees across talent lifecycle. It was channeled by a set of guiding principles and foundational behaviours that enhanced their external as well as internal interactions.

The strategy supported Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Learning Management, and Employee Engagement at the organization.
