Chrysalis won a Gold for Best Blended Learning Solution at Brandon Hall Group’s HCM Excellence Awards 2020.
Through our transformation project, we drove a change in the mindset, behaviour and skills of all employees across the client organization. We did this through a blend of workshops, eLearning nuggets, job aids, and branch ready reckoners.
The variety in the blend of the learning solution over two phases of the project is what drove increased digitization drive, better customer experience and motivated task force.
