Chrysalis won a Gold for Best Learning Program Supporting a Change Transformation Business Strategy at Brandon Hall Group’s HCM Excellence Awards 2020.

As a part of the program, we drove a change transformation project that was aligned to the client’s business strategy.

We helped drive a change in the mindset, behaviour and skills of 2.8 lac people across the client organization. The impact on the ground has led to increased digitization drive, better customer experience and motivated task force.
