at Brandon Hall Group’s HCM Excellence Awards 2019.

We worked with a well-established manufacturing company that has a network of key domestic and export relationships. It has strong infrastructure with quality certifications and customer approvals across the world.

The need of the hour was to look at its Executive Team and their -1 and -2 level down and address the key organizational design and the skill gaps in the leaders in order to take the organization to the next level, with increased product portfolio and expansion plans.
