Chrysalis won a Bronze for Best Unique or Innovative Learning Solution at Brandon Hall Group’s HCM Excellence Awards 2020.
The uniqueness of this change journey was that it was phased out in way to focus on employees and their motivation in Phase I and customers and their challenges in Phase II.
The variety in the blend of the learning solution over two phases of the project is what drove increased digitization drive, better customer experience and motivated task force.
