We will mutually establish with our clients realistic expectations of the benefits and results of our services.

We will serve our clients with integrity, competence, independence, objectivity, and professionalism.

We will only accept assignments for which we possess the requisite experience and competence to perform and will only assign staff or engage colleagues with the knowledge and expertise needed to serve our clients effectively.

Before accepting any engagement, we will ensure that we have worked with our clients to establish a mutual understanding of the objectives, scope, work plan, and fee arrangements.

We will treat appropriately all confidential client information that is not public knowledge, take reasonable steps to prevent it from access by unauthorized people, and will not take advantage of proprietary or privileged information, either for use by ourselves, the client’s firm, or another client, without the client’s permission.

We will avoid conflicts of interest or the appearance of such and will immediately disclose to the client circumstances or interests that we believe may influence our judgment or objectivity.

We will offer to withdraw from a consulting assignment if we believe our objectivity or integrity may be impaired.

We will refrain from inviting an employee of an active client to consider alternative employment without prior discussion with the client.

We will understand the reality of our participants’ world before we venture into either designing or developing any learning intervention.

We will prepare for every learning intervention with the commitment and diligence that is required of a true blue consultant.

We will create a conducive learning environment for maximum learning.

We will work towards enabling participants to find their own answers to their problems and challenges.

We will “practice what we preach” and believe in the content of our learning interventions.

We will always display a positive attitude and work towards creating a positive attitude in people.

We will work towards following up on my participants and their progress through their lives.

We will protect the personal disclosures that any participant makes and not use it in any other learning intervention as an example or case study.

We will commit to bring about a positive change in the attitude, behaviour and the skills of all participants of Chrysalis Learning Interventions.

We will agree in advance with a client on the basis for fees and expenses and will charge fees that are reasonable and commensurate with the services delivered and the responsibility accepted.

We will not accept commissions, remuneration, or other benefits from a third party in connection with the recommendations to a client without that client’s prior knowledge and consent, and we will disclose in advance any financial interest in goods or services that form part of such recommendations.

We will always be aware that our actions will impact the thought process of companies and people and will ensure that there is no dissonance in what we say and do.

We will respect the rights of consulting colleagues and consulting firms and will not use their proprietary information or methodologies without permission.

We will not use our professional power to fulfil any personal agenda or requirements.

We will not denigrate other consultants and consulting companies to create an edge for ourselves.

We will not misrepresent our services knowingly or unknowingly to clients and the general public.

We will promote adherence to the Code by any other person working on our behalf.

We will be law abiding, tax paying citizens who will work for the betterment of our society and our country.

We will rise to the occasion in times of National Distress and use whatever resources we have available to us to alleviate the adverse situation of our fellow citizens.

We will report to appropriate authorities within or external to the client organization any occurrences of malfeasance, dangerous behaviour, or illegal activities.
